Our products are freshly prepared and perishable, so we maintain strict handling policies.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on opened or delivered consumable products because they cannot be restocked or resold once dispatched.

2. No Refunds

Orders are non-refundable once confirmed and prepared, including change of mind, incorrect order by customer, delayed consumption, or taste preference.

3. Order Issues

We review concerns only for incorrect products or visibly damaged products. Email clear photos and order details within 2 hours.

4. Responsibility After Delivery

Once delivered, Foxpopz is not responsible for improper storage, temperature exposure, or delayed consumption.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation requests may only be considered if the order has not been processed. Approval is at our discretion.
